The employee benefits program at LifeWay Christian Resources provides you and your family with many important features that ensure your protection and security for the important events that could occur in your life.

Medical Plans A competitive medical PPO plan or a High Deductible plan are available for all regular employees. Company contributes to the HSA account of employees with the High Deductible plan.

Two Dental and One Vision Plan Options

Company Provided Life Insurance provides 2 1/2 times annual salary.

Employee 401(k) The company will begin making matching contributions immediately based on a graded match of 100% on the first 2%, 75% of the next 2% contributed; and 50% on the next 2% contributed.  Employees are allowed to contribute up to 6% of their salary that will be matched.  Employees may contribute more than 6%, but this amount is not matched by the company.  Contributions may be either before or after tax are calculated.  The plan also offers the Roth 401(k) option.  Regualr part-time employees may participate in the comparable 403(b) plan.
